8.1.2 We, in our sole discretion consider that Your use of the Website is excessive, have sent you notification via email, using the email address associated with Your league on this website, requesting that you reduce Your use of the Website and You nonetheless continue such excessive use.
8.2 Without prejudice to Clause 8.1, We shall be entitled to terminate Your access and data on the Website on 3 (three) days notice to You. This notice being given via email, using the email address associated with Your league on this website.

9. Jurisdiction and Choice of Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales and You and We agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in the event of a dispute.
